Hi-Grade continues to make only the highest quality hot dogs and cooked sausages. We use only fresh Pork and/or Beef to create a mouth watering array of fine products for you! Classic hot dogs are available in a dozen different sizes. Polish Sausage, Jalapeno Mesquite Cheddar Sausage and Bratwurst are just a few of the many other specialty products we make.
Our newest offering is the "Jack in the Brat." This is a juicy smoked sausage filled with high quality, shredded, Pepper Jack cheese. A truly unique combination that has quickly become a crowd favorite! It is available in retail packages and in our new "Grill Pack." The "Grill Pack" is a variety pack of four different sausages including the Jack in the Brat, Jalapeno Mesquite Cheddar, Ragin' Cajun and our premium Deli Franks. A variety of flavors created to please every palate!
